摘要 为了提高成纱质量,降低纱疵,尤其是棉结,探讨了细纱前区压力棒隔距块对成纱质量的影响,对比分析了新型异型曲面压力棒隔距块的使用效果,指出了使用异型压力棒隔距块可大幅度降低细节和棉结,其效果优于圆柱形压力棒隔距块,更优于普通隔距块,但为了避免出硬头,隔距块的规格应比普通隔距块大一个级别。在纺纯棉中粗号纱时,应做好牵伸区内的清洁工作。 In order to upgrade quality of the resultant yarn and reduce the yarn defect including cotton neps, approaching is done into the impact of the press block on the quality of the resultant yarn. Comparative analysis is done to the application effect of the press bar with profiled surface. It proves that application o~ the press bar with profiled surface can markedly reduce snicks and neps,thus superior over the cylindrical press bar and the conventional press bar. In order to avoid null draft, the press block should be smaller than the conventional one in one grade and more, cleaning work is required in cotton spinnng.
