摘要
以某车用6V150柴油机为例,从国内外柴油机减振技术发展状况入手,分析了造成该机振动的原因,同时对整机惯性力系进行分析,最后采用2种流行的悬置方案进行实验测量。结果表明:选用方案2后,当量振动强度由C变化为B,悬置减振效果得到改善。
The cause of engine vibration was analyzed from the development of vibration reduction technology at home and abroad through 6V150 diesel engine for vehicle and then the inertial force system of the engine was also analyzed. Based on the analysis, two popular schemes were adopted for reducing vibration and relevant measurement was conducted. The measurement shows that the equivalent vibration intensity is changed from Degree C to Degree B by taking the second scheme, indicating the scheme is effective in improving the vibration of the engine.
