摘要 采用K2CO3/γ-AL2O3固体碱催化剂,研究了在微波辐射下大豆油和甲醇酯交换反应制备生物柴油的工艺条件。利用正交试验方法得到了反应的最佳条件:K2CO3/γ-AL2O3用量为大豆油质量的3%、醇油摩尔比为13:1、反应时间为35min、辐射功率为330W,在此条件下转化率可达83%。 Transesterification of soybean oil with methanol for biodieseloil over K2CO3/-Al2O3 solid base catalyst under microwave radiation was carried out. The optimum condition was investigated through orthogonal analysis, which are 3% K2CO/γ-Al2O3 (w%) of oil, the molar ratio for methanol to oil is about 13:1, reaction time is about 35 minutes, radiation power is about 330W, the yield reached to 83% under this condition.
