自1929—1933年席卷全球的经济危机至今,国际上不断发生金融危机。而始于2007年的美国金融危机使全世界再次感受到大型危机的破坏力。对于日益融入全球经济并且迅速发展的中国而言,受到本次危机的冲击更加明显。历史表明,每次危机都紧随着一场广泛的社会经济变革,我国应深入研究美国金融危机的复杂形成机制,并根据本国国情,积极调整发展思路,稳步推动金融乃至全社会经济体制的各项改革。

Since the economic crisis sweeping the globe from 1929 to1933, great financial crisis happened one after another in the world. US financial crisis which began from 2007 have made the world experience the destructive power of the large- scale crisis. ？ China＇ s economy is also impacted this lime partly because of business cycle and globalization. As a rule, far- ranging reform follows each crisis. China must study carefully the complex mechanism of the American financial crisis. We should adjust actively the development concept？ and strategy, and deepen steadily the financial reform on the basic of the situation of our country.
