摘要
为了模拟随钻测量仪器在井下进行数据采集的真实情况,更准确地调试数据采集的关键部分A/D转换板,设计了随钻测量仪器井下数据采集测试系统。选择与实际应用相配的M68HC08系列单片机设计数据采集控制器,对A/D板输入端的多路模拟信号进行采集。单片机与A/D转换器之间以SPI接口串行通讯,所采集的数据通过RS232串行接口送入计算机,在C语言编写的测试软件下恢复成模拟电压信号。还可以Excel格式保存打印输出数据报表,实现了跨数据库保存数据、多组数据比较组合,使调试工作更加简便、高效。
The MWD data acquisition test system is designed to emulate how MWD acquires data and to debug the key A/D module more correctly.Data acquisition controller selects M68HC08,and communication between single chip processor and A/D module may be accomplished by SPI.The acquisition data are sent to computer by RS232 and are converted to analog voltage signals with C software.The final data are saved by EXCEL and outputted through report forms.It comes true that data are saved over DB and much more data are compared because of the Excel format.
