摘要 评价储层损害程度,揭示储层损害原因是储层保护的基础工作。室内岩心实验是完成这项工作比较直接和现实的方法。HTHP酸溶解堵评价仪可以直接模拟井下温度、压力、流体流动条件,完成工作液屏蔽暂堵效果评价及工作液对储层损害评价。实验过程不需取出岩心,通过换向阀门调节流体流动方向达到实验目的,避免了装卸岩心等人为因素对实验结果的影响。在保护储层的完井液评价中,该仪器应用广泛。已完成完井液体系损害评价及优选、滤饼形成及自然返排过程模拟、屏蔽环重复形成、储层屏蔽暂堵效果评价、不同完井液体系酸化解堵恢复率评价等实验,为储层保护设计和现场效果评价提供了重要依据。 It is the groundwork of reservoir protection to appraise the degree of reservoir damage and reveal the cause of reservoir damage.The laboratory test of core is one of the methods to accomplish this work much more directly and actually.HTHP acid soluble and broken down appraisal instrument can not only simulate the temperature,pressure,and the flow condition of fluid down hole directly,but also accomplish the evaluations of temporary shielding plugging effect and kinds of working fluids damage to the reservoir.During the process of experiment,without breaking out the core,it could achieve the experimental aim through change the flowing direction of fluid with reversing valve,which could avoid artificial effect to the experimental result.This instrument is wildly used in the appraisal of protecting reservoir completion fluid.We have completed many simulated experiments with this instrument,including the appraisal and optimization of completion fluid system,the process simulation of filter cake formation and nature flowback,the duplicate formation of shield ring,the valuation of temporary shielding plugging effect,and the evaluation of acid soluble and broken down recovery rate in different completion fluid system.All the above experimental data can provide important basis for the design of reservoir protection and the valuation of field effect.
