民族地区少数民族妇女权益法律保护状况如何,直接关系到广大妇女参与社会主义市场经济建设的积极性和主动性,也关系到民族地区和谐社会的建立。目前民族地区少数民族妇女的权益保障还存在诸多问题,尤其是在身体健康权、土地承包权、继承权、家庭暴力、教育权、劳动就业权方面,各种侵权行为比较严重。我国立法、执法部门以及各级政府都应重视和切实关怀少数民族妇女的权益保障,在立法、执法和政策方面给予倾斜。

The extent, to which the minority women＇s rights and interests are protected legally is directly related to the enthusiasm and initiative of the broad masses of women to participate in the socialist market economic construction and is related to the establishment of a harmonious society in ethnic regions. At present, there are still many problems in protecting the rights and interests of minority women, especially the right of health, to contract land, inheritance rights, education, labor and employment rights, to which kinds of .violations are rather serious. China＇s legislative and law enforcement departments together with the local governments at all levels should attach importance to caring for and effective protection of minority women＇s rights and provide more support in legislation, law enforcement and policy.
