内镜下氩离子凝固术治疗Barrett食管12例分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨内镜下氩离子凝固术(APC)治疗Barrett食管(BE)的临床价值。方法选择本院2006年5月—2008年10月经胃镜检查、病理证实的12例BE患者进行60W APC治疗,术后予埃索美拉唑辅助治疗,对其疗程、疗效、并发症进行评估。结果12例均完成治疗,10例仅需1次APC治疗即获得消除,2例需2次治疗。8例治疗期间有轻度并发症,为胸骨后疼痛,口服埃索美拉唑1周内症状改善。结论APC是一种安全、有效的治疗BE的方法。 Objective To evaluate the values of the endoscopic argon plasma coagulation(APC ) for Barrett's esophagus (BE). Methods 12 patients with histologically proven BE, selected from May 2006 to October 2008, underwent 60W APC and esomeprazole ( 40 mg/d) were prospectively analyzed. Results The fallow-up was accomplished in all patients. The eradication was obtained in the 10 cases by only one session,two cases required two sessions. Retrostemal pain was the most frequent symptom. The total effective rate of reversal of Barrett's esophagus was 100%. Conclusion The APC therapy was effective and safe in the reversal of Barrett's esophagus.
