摘要
为了实现齿轮箱各种常见故障的自动检测,对传统齿轮箱故障诊断系统不足进行研究,详细分析了齿轮箱各种故障表征信号的类型,高度集成了各种故障诊断模块,设计出一种新的齿轮箱故障诊断系统-基于虚拟仪器技术的齿轮箱故障诊断仪。该仪器是在VMIDS系统基础上成功研制出来的,试验表明,该齿轮箱故障诊断仪性能稳定,测试结果准确,操作方便易行,具有广阔的运用前景。
In order to actualize auto examination of various common faults of gearbox and to research on the insufficiency of tradition gearbox fault diagnosis system, analysis of a variety of gearbox failures characterization of the type of signal was analyzed in detail. Then integrated various faults diagnosis modules and designed a new gearbox fault diagnosis system-based on virtual instrument technology diagnostics gearbox failure. The instrument was developed successfully based on VMIDS system. The experiment indicates the capability of gearbox fault diagnosis instrument is steady with high accuracy. Operation is easy and it has a wide application prospects.
