教育的中介是课程，课程内容的选择是课程论中一个中心问题，直接关系到教育是否能够良性发展。通过引入委托一代理理论对上海二期课改中语文教材删除《狼牙山五壮士》进行了分析，清楚地说明了课程内容选择主体之间的关系，为课程论提供了新的视角，并希望能对新的课程改革有所启发。

Curriculum is the medium of education. Curriculum Selection is more important in Curriculum Theo- ry, what＂ more, it directly affects that if education can develop well in right way. The article analyzing a ease that Chinese language and literature course delete 《Five heroes in Mt. LangYa》 in Shanghai Second Curriculum Reform clearly clarifies the relations of different bodies and provides a new perspective for Curriculum Theory.
