摘要 转炉余热锅炉(汽化冷却系统)是冷却烟气,回收余热的重要设备。昆钢50t转炉汽化冷却系统从自然循环余热锅炉,改进为强制循环与自然循环复合形式的余热锅炉,笔者根据多年的实践经验,在现有的自然循环-强制循环复合冷却方式的基础上,提出了既能提高系统的冷却能力和设备寿命,又方便维修的汽化冷却系统的工程设计方案。 Converter waste heat boiler (evaporative cooling systems) are the essential equipment for cooled flue gas and waste heat recovery. 50t converter evaporative cooling system in Kunga ng has been improved from the natural circulation HRSG to the combined form of waste heat boiler of natural circulation and forced circulation. Based on practical experience of years. An engineering design was proposed based on the current combined cooling method with the aim to not only improve cooling capacity and life expectancy, but also facilitate the repair of vaporization cooling system.
