Production Practice of Direct Reducted Iron in New Tunnel Kiln

新型隧道窑是通过对传统隧道窑改进，实施用煤气代替手烧煤、改变还原罐材质、实现自动化装卸料和自动控制等措施，使产品质量达到要求，工序能耗降低，单机产量提高，“三废”排放可达环保要求。文章介绍了新型隧道窑工艺生产直接还原铁的工艺流程、生产直接还原铁的基本原理、对原料的要求、工艺控制要点、目前的生产情况及存在的问题，并提出了改进措施。

Many measurees have been taken to improve the traditional tunnel kiln to meet quality requirement, decrease energy consumption, increase unit production and satisfy environmental demands. The technological process and production principals of DRI were introduced in the paper. The requirement of raw materials and control points, the current production and problems were aslo discussed. Some improvements were put forward.
