西藏青稞品质和功能成份及生态性状的典范相关分析 被引量:10

摘要 为了解西藏青稞品质和功能成份及其生态性状的相关性,采用典范相关分析方法,对64份青稞材料,在大田种植、常规考种、品质分析的基础上,结合西藏气候数据,进行了研究。结果表明:从各性状间简单相关可以看出,西藏青稞产量主要受千粒重等可遗传的生态性状的影响,与生态环境因子之间的关系不密切,而品质和功能成份的高低则主要受到生态环境因子如海拔高度、年均气温等的影响,但与植株可遗传的生态性状之间的关系不密切;从各性状间典范相关分析可以得到,影响西藏青稞产量性状最大的性状是品质和功能成份性状,品质和功能成份性状的好坏主要受制于产地气候性状;从各性状间典型变量分析结果可以得出,产量高低与千粒重的大小主要与β-葡聚糖含量、维生素E总量的多少有很大的相关性,而影响品质和功能成份性状的气候性状主要是随着年均气温的升高,粗蛋白含量会增加、随着≥0℃年积温的增加,其维生素E总含量会降低、而随着海拔高度的增高β-葡聚糖、粗蛋白含量将会明显增加。 64 pieces of Tibetan naked barley materials are analyzed by the model correlation analysis method. The result indicated that yield of Tibetan naked barley is not close with the ecological environment factor, and be mainly influenced by the weight of a thousand seeds and the inheritable ecology character by the simple correlation analysis, but the quality and the function ingredient mainly are influenced by the ecological environment factor like altitude and the yearly average temperature and so on , but not close with inheritance; By the model correlation analysis, the quality and the function ingredient character is biggest character influence yield of naked barley, the quality and the function ingredient mainly keep in touch with climate; Yield and the weight of a thousand seeds correlate with content of β -glucosan and Vitamin E. With yearly average temperature rising, will increased, with ≥0℃ yearly accumulated temperature increasing, content of Vitamin E will be decreased, content of the thick protein and β -glucosan are increased remarkably with altitude heightening.
