摘要
采用活性炭+超滤+纳滤膜工艺对崇明岛苦咸水进行了中试研究,重点考察了工艺对崇明岛苦咸水中TDS、浊度、总硬度、铁、CODMn、颗粒物和细菌的去除情况。结果表明:无论在高咸期还是低咸水期,采用活性炭+超滤预处理都能保证工艺的稳定运行,工艺对TDS、总硬度、浊度、铁、CODMn和细菌都有很好的去除效果,出水水质优于国家饮用水标准;高咸期纳滤膜性能下降快,膜污染较严重;低咸期纳滤膜性能稳定,膜污染较轻;无论在高咸期还是低咸期进行预处理都有助于减缓纳滤膜污染。
A pilot - scale study was conducted for the treatment of brackish water in Chongming Island by using activated carbon, uhrafihration membrane and nanofiltration membrane process. The removals of TDS, turbidity, total hardness, iron, CODMn, particles and bacteria in the brackish water by the process were mainly investigated. The experimental results show that both in the high and low salt water quality periods,the use of activated carbon and ultrafiltration pretreatment process can guarantee the steady operation of the system. Besides, the process has a good removal effect on TDS, total hardness, turbidity, iron, CODMn and bacteria which results the effluent quality is superior to national drinking water standards. In the high salt period , the nanofiltration membrane performance decreases rapidly to cause more serious membrane fouling. Whereas in the low salt period, the membrane performance is stable. However, whatever in the high or low salt water period, the pretreatment process can slow down the pollution of nanofiltration membrane.
