关于制盐废液直接进罐蒸发工艺的研究

Study on the Concentrating Process of Bittern in Evaporator

文章利用Na+、K+、Mg2+//Cl-、SO24-—H2O五元体系相图,对制盐废液蒸发浓缩的析盐规律进行了理论分析。并通过实验验证,得出了制盐废液蒸发浓缩时的析盐点、析硫酸盐点,为制盐废液直接进罐蒸发的高效综合利用工艺开发提供了基础依据。

The crystallization of bittern during the concentrating process is analyzed by using the phase diagram of the quinary system Na^＋、K^＋、Mg^2＋//Cl^-、SO4^--H2O, and the saturation point of NaCl and MgSO4 is investigated. The resuhs are the design parameters for concentrating bit- tern in evaporator.
