中哈霍尔果斯国际边境合作中心属于不叫自由贸易区,但按照自由贸易区制度安排的边境合作区,这种"一区跨两国"的边境合作模式是中国探索与周边国家新型经贸合作的一次有益尝试。该文在分析中哈霍尔果斯国际边境合作中心建设现状及存在问题的基础上,对其进一步发展提出相应对策建议。

The pattern of the China-Kazakhstan Horgos International Frontier Cooperation Center is a beneficial attempt for China to explore a new economic and trade cooperation with the neighboring countries. On the bases of the current situation and problems of the Center, this paper puts forward some proposals.
