On Land Reclamation and Border Safeguarding in BINGTUAN and Its Social Integration

兵团人员构成多样化,文化、风俗习惯多样性,以及兵团体制的较强组织化色彩,使兵团成为统一协调组织具有一定的难度。兵团整合为团结一致的整体,才能更好地完成屯垦戍边的任务。该文借助于社会学的理论,分析了兵团体制,阐明了兵团各种整合机制的作用,认为法律机制是社会整合中重要而有效的机制。

Diversified personnel constitution, cultural diversification, the rich variety of customs and ultra-intense systematization of this system in BINGTUAN are difficult to become unified, coordinate management organization. If not integrate the whole, the cohesion is weakening gradually, it can＇t realize the task of land reclamation and border safeguarding in BINGTUAN. This article analyzes the system of BINGTUAN, expounds the function of integration mechanism and makes clear legal mechanism which is the most effective mechanism by means of sociological theory.
