活血通络化痰汤治疗肺间质纤维化的临床研究

Clinical research on Huoxuetongluohuatan decoction in the treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis

目的观察活血通络化痰汤治疗肺间质纤维化的疗效。方法将66例肺间质纤维化患者随机分为2组,治疗组(33例)和对照组(33例),对照组用强的松治疗,治疗组用活血通络化痰汤治疗。观察2组治疗后症状改善、肺功能、胸部X线片、CT、血气分析等变化。结果观察3个月,2组患者在喘息、憋气、咳嗽及Velcros啰音方面较治疗前有明显改善,疗前疗后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组间疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组肺感染次数少于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活血通络化痰汤治疗肺间质纤维化不仅可以控制病情,还可预防其发展,治疗效果明显。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Huoxuetongluohuatan decoction on pulmonary intersti- tial fibrosis. Methods 66 patients suffering from pulmonary interstitial fibrosis were randomly divided into 2 groups. 33 cases in the treatment group were treated with Huoxuetongluohuatan decoction, while 33 cases in control group were treated with prednisone. Then the improvement of symptom and the changes of chest X - ray, CT and blood gas analysis were observed after treatments. Results The clinical symptoms of two groups were improved after treatments, and the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in curative effect between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Huoxuetongluohuatan decoction can be applied in the treatment of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.
