椎弓根钉固定在骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折中的应用 被引量:16

摘要 目的探讨腰椎后路椎弓根钉内固定治疗骨质疏松致椎体严重压缩骨折的可行性和临床效果。方法应用椎弓根钉内固定治疗骨质疏松致椎体严重压缩骨折12例,其中8例合并椎管狭窄,多节段压缩骨折11例。结果12例术后随访5~42个月,胸腰部及腿部疼痛症状消失或明显减轻,脊柱融合好。结论椎弓根钉内固定适用于不能行椎体成形术的严重椎体压缩性骨折,它具有安全、可靠及缓解疼痛效果好的优点。
