中国特色社会主义建设的活动条件把它放置到实践智慧这一人类理智活动类型中,因而必须遵守实践智慧的普遍活动规律。实践智慧具有从特殊到特殊等不同于逻辑思维的活动方式,内在地要求把"与时俱进"作为思维法则,因此"与时俱进"具有实践智慧本性。教条主义和激进主义都是不当地在实践领域简单使用抽象逻辑思维的必然后果。在建设中国特色社会主义过程中,必须贯彻与时俱进这一思想方法,从而在实践智慧的光芒指引下,不断从胜利走向胜利。

The activity condition for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics puts it in the practical wisdom that has been the type of human rational activity, so it must comply with the universal activity rule of practical wisdom. Practical wisdom has the activity method from particularity to particularity, which is different from the logical thinking, and it internally demands to take the ＂keeping pace with the times＂ as the thinking rule. Hence, ＂keeping pace with the times＂ has the essence of practical wisdom. The doctrinarism and the radi- calism are the necessary consequence that incorrectly and simply using the abstract logical thinking in practice. In the process of constructing the socialism with Chinese characteristics, we must implement the thinking method of keeping up with the times, and under the lead of practical wisdom, we can go from victory to victory.
