摘要
以马斯洛的"需求理论"和赫茨伯格的"激励—保健"双因素理论为基础,构建并实施了以国内首创的"研究生国家计划经费动态执行的奖学金制度"和"高新区研究生创新基地模式"为亮点的研究生教育创新激励机制,有效地保证和提高了研究生教育质量。
Based on Maslow's theory of requirement level and Herzberg's Motivation-Hygiene theory, an innovative graduate training incentive mechanism based on "Scholarship System of Dynamic Execution of National Planning Funds for Graduates" and "Innovation Base Mode for Graduates High-tech Area" has been constructed. This mechanism can ensure and improve the quality of graduated student education effectively.
