The Present Situation and Sustinnable Developing Research about the Tendency of the Cultivation of the Reserve Talents of Competitive Sports Key Items in Xinjiang

通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法等研究方法,对新疆竞技体育重点项目后备人才现状进行深入、细致的调查与分析,找出影响新疆竞技体育可持续发展因素,完善以学校为中心的三级训练网络,不断改进该系统发展条件、克服限制因素,寻求新疆竞技体育重点项目后备人才培养的可持续发展道路,这对于提高竞技运动水平、实现新疆竞技体育的可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。

Through using the methods of literature review, questionnaire, expert interview and math- ematic statistics etc. The intensive surveys and analysis about the present situation of the cultivation of the reserve talents key items in Xinjiang has been carried on , which finds out the factors that affect The Culti- vation of The Reserve Talents of Xinjiang competitive sports , to perfect three--level training network with the school as the center , continuously improve the development condition of that system and over- come the limiting factor and look for ways of the sustinnable developing of competitive sports , it has the important meaning for raising the level of competitive sports and realizing the sustinnable developing of Xinjiang competitive sports and the strategic target.
