微晶MoO_3纳米带转变为MoO_2纳米棒的可控水热合成 被引量:1

摘要 通过水热可控方法分别合成了MoO_3纳米带和MoO_2纳米棒。通过实验发现聚乙二醇(PEG)400对特殊产物的形貌和相行为起决定性的作用。PEG400在合成过程中,既作还原剂又作保护剂。随着PEG400在混合溶液中的体积比增加,产物逐渐地从MoO_3纳米带向MoO_2纳米棒转变。采用XRD、SEM和TEM手段对产物进行了系统的表征。 MoOs belts and MoO2 rods were respectively synthesized through one controllable hydro- thermal method. It has been found that the contents of the polyethylene glycol, PEG400 play a decisive role in determining the morphology and phase behaviors of specific products. We herein suggest that PEG400 acts as both protective and reducing agent during the synthesizing process. The major produces developed gradually from MoOs belts to MoO2 rods with increase of PEG400 ratio. The final products were analyzed with x--ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
