Current Situation and Countermeasures of Adult Higher Education

随着中国高校教育体制的改革,成人高校面临着新的机遇和挑战。文章探讨了成人高校目前面临的问题及解决方法,针对成人高校如何树立终身教育理念,提高自身竞争力,融入社会经济可持续发展,提出了笔者的看法。

With the reform of the higher education system in our country, institutions of higher learning for adults are faced with new opportunities and challenges as well. In this paper, the author probes into the problems these institutions are confronted with and try to find out appropriate solutions. The paper also analyzes that institutions of higher learing for adults should acquire the concept of lifelong education and strengthens their own competitiveness in order to adapt to the sustainable development of social economics.
