The Correlation between Plasma Retinol Binding Protein 4 Level and Blood Pressure and Obesity in Kazaks Patients with Essential Hypertension

摘要 目的:分析新疆哈萨克族(哈族)高血压病(EH)患者血浆视黄醇结合蛋白4(RBP4)水平及其与血压及肥胖指标的关系。方法:以新疆哈族EH患者41例为病例组,哈族健康人群40例为对照组。测量血压、身高、体重、腰围(WC)及臀围。抽取空腹静脉血,测定血浆RBP4,计算体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)及体内脂肪百分比(BF%)。结果:(1)EH组血浆RBP4水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01);(2)EH组血浆RBP4与年龄、SBP、DBP、WC、WHR呈显著正相关;在对照组中,RBP4与上述指标无相关性。(3)多元回归分析显示:在EH组中,SBP和WHR进入回归方程,是影响血浆RBP4水平的独立因素;在对照组中,上述各项指标均不是影响血浆RBP4水平的独立因素。结论:哈族EH患者血浆RBP4水平升高并与血压之间存在一定的相关性。 Objective:To explore the correlation between the plasma retinol binding protein 4 (RBP4)levels and blood pressure,waist hip ratio(WHR) and obesity in the patients with essential hypertension(EH) of Kazaks in Xinjiang. Methods: 81 Kazaks were selected for the subjects. They were divided into two groups according to their blood pressure: EH group(n=41) and control group(n = 40). The blood pressure, body height, body mass, waist circtmference (WC) and hip circumference were measured in all of them. Fasting venous blood was drawn to detect the plasma RBP4. The body mass index(BMI), waist-hip ratio(WHR) and body fat percentage(BF%) were calculated. Results: (1)The plasma RBP4 concentration in EH group was significantly higher than that in control group(P〈0. 01). (2)RBP4 was positively and significantly correlated with age, systolic blood pressure(SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), WC, WHR in EH group, and correlated with none in control group. (3)Multiple regression analysis showed that SBP and WHR were independent factors to affect the RBP4 level in EH group, none was independent factors to affect the plasma RBP4 level in control group. Condusion: Concentration of RBP4 is increased in the patients with EH of Kazaks, and there is correlation between RBP4 and blood pressure.
