Grain Refinement and Microstructure Control of HTP X80 Pipeline Steel

摘要 通过热模拟实验研究了HTP X80管线钢的晶粒细化与组织控制的工艺要点,确定了奥氏体再结晶温度区和非再结晶温度区,揭示了高Nb含量的HTP钢在连续冷却过程中的相变特点。所得到的技术要点对细化奥氏体晶粒,避免混晶的出现,以及通过控制冷却得到理想的相变产物具有指导性。 The technologyical points of grain refinement and microstructure control of HTP X80 were investigated by means of thermal simulation trial. Austenite recrystallization temperature zone and non-recrystallization temperature zone were determined. The characteristics of phase transformation of high Nb HTP steel in continuous cooling process were disclosed. The research results have instructional significance to refine austenite grain, prohibit duplex grain structure, obtain ideal microstructure by cooling control.
