何首乌中二苯乙烯苷的提取及其纯化用大孔吸附树脂的筛选研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究何首乌中二苯乙烯苷的提取工艺及纯化树脂的筛选方法,为何首乌的二苯乙烯苷的工业化生产提供参考数据。方法以二苯乙烯苷的提取量为考察指标,对饮片的处理方式,提取溶剂、时间、次数、溶剂倍数进行研究;以吸附-解吸附率、含量为考察指标,用动态吸附方式筛选纯化二苯乙烯苷部位最佳大孔吸附树脂。结果何首乌饮片经不同方式处理后,用溶剂法提取的提取率不同。NKA-9型、D4020型大孔吸附树脂吸附较差,S-8型树脂吸附-解析率优于其他型树脂,并且所得制备物含量最高。结论何首乌饮片粉碎后,经溶剂法的提取率>88%;S-8型大孔吸附树脂为富集何首乌中二苯乙烯苷的最佳树脂。 Objective To study the extraction of the Stilbene Glycoside from polygonum multiflorum and screen macropomus resin for purification. Methods With extraction quantity of stilbene glycoside for inspection target, the ways of treating herbal pieces, extracting solvent, time, number of times and multiples of solvent were investigated. The content and rate of adsorption and desorption were studied for screening and purification of the best macroporous resin from stilbene glycoside by the way of dynamic adsorption. Results Polygonum multitlortrm herbal pieces were extracted once again with solvent methods after processed through three ways. The extraction rate was different. The adsorption of NKA - 9 type and D4020 type macroporous resin were much poor. The rate of adsorption and desorption of S-8 type was better than other types resin, and the content of obtained preparation was the highest. Conclusion After smashed and extracted with solvent way, the extraction rate was more than 88 percent; S - 8 type macroporous resin was the best resin of stilbene glycoside during enrichment of polygonum multitlorum.
