摘要
设计了一种实时记录和描绘焊接操作过程中焊枪位置的激光检测系统,它由激光准直系统,CCD投影成像系统和焊枪定位系统组成,在铅直方向上,采用线阵CCD确定焊枪距焊口的高度;在水平方向上,利用桥式电路确定焊枪在焊接过程中的水平位移,采用了计算机处理技术,实时描绘了焊枪端点移动的轨迹曲线。
The position of welding torch can be recorded and described in real time by the laser de- tection system. The system consists of the laser col- limation system , the CCD imaging system and weld- ing torch system. The height between welding torch and welding mouth wasdetected by the linear CCD in vertical direction ; The horizontal displacement in the operation process was detected by the bridge circuit in horizontal direction , In addition ,the technique of computer processing can be used , the locus curve of end of welding torch was described in realtime.
