摘要
考虑汽车销售行业的特殊性,将关联规则应用于客户关系管理系统销售数据的分析中,运用关联规则挖掘的经典Apriori算法搜索所有的强关联规则,关联规则的分析方法对车辆销售中提高销售金额、交叉销售和提高客户满意度具有一定的辅助意义。
Considering the particularity of the automobile vendition, association rules are applied in the analysis of the sale data in the client management system. The classic Apriori algorithm from the association rule mining is used to search the strong associate rules. The method is useful to improve the sale amount, cross sale and client satisfactory degree.
