摘要 用户换热站采用汽水交换方式时,由于长距离输送蒸汽,容易导致终端用户的室内温度偏差过大,影响供热质量,使系统出现较大滞后现象。针对该问题进行了分析,采用了先进的工控与节能技术组成控制系统,减少了因调节频繁而造成的浪费。实践证明,系统运行稳定、安全可靠,取得了良好的节能效果。 When the steam-water switching mode was adopted by user heat exchange stations, it was easy to lead to large indoor temperature deviation for terminal users because of the long-distance transportation of steam, which made it hard to guarantee the quality of heat supply and also gave rise to problems like system lag. After ana- lyzing the problems, a control system based on advanced industrial control and energy conservation technology was used to solve the waste of energy that was caused by frequent regulation. The practical result proved that the system was safe and reliable, while stable operation and good energy saving effects were also achieved.
