科研基金管理关系着我国科技事业的未来发展。通过建立博弈局中人——财政部门和科研单位的不对称信息博弈模型,研究博弈双方的混合策略纳什均衡和策略反应函数,并在混合策略纳什解的基础上,提出了提高科研基金监督效果的政策建议。

The management of science and technology fund influences the scientific development in the future.The effective supervision of Chinese scientific and technological development plays a very important role. In this paper, the game player uses the establishment of the financial sector and scientific research units of the asymmetric information game model to study the game between the two sides mixed strategy Nash equilibrium and strategic response function. And in the mixed strategy Nash solution, it gives effective recommentdations to the supervision of scienfic research funds.
