Study on the Framework of Enterpries Technology Innovation Strategy

技术创新战略决定企业能否通过技术创新取得竞争优势。目前对技术创新战略的研究只是从不同角度对技术创新战略进行简单的分类,并没有形成一个完整的分析框架。选取了创新参与者和创新路径两个要素作为分析维度,将企业的技术创新分为渐进性模仿创新、突破性模仿创新、渐进性合作创新、突破性合作创新、渐进性自主创新以及突破性自主创新6种战略类型,并分析了每种战略的适用环境,从而构建了一个相对完整的企业技术创新战略框架,为企业的技术创新战略选择提供一个新的思路和方法。

Technology innovation strategy is the important element which decides whether enterprise can acquire its competition advantage. The existing researches on technology innovation strategy haven＇t form an integrated analysis framework. This paper has a systematic study on the technology innovation strategy and further shows that technology innovation strategy can be divided into Incremental Imitate Innovation, Disruptive Imitate Innovation, Incremental Cooperative Innovation, Disruptive Cooperative Innovation, Incremental Independent Innovation and Disruptive Independent Innovation. And then it analyses the conditions each strategy should be applied, provides a new idea and measure for enterprises to choose its technology innovation strategy.
