摘要
介绍了HSM1-250额定电流250A塑料外壳式断路器(MCCB)升容至315A的改进设计。分析了影响断路器配电功能和保护功能的主要因素。通过对动、静触头、电磁系统等的改进设计,使温升降低和保护特性稳定,并经过改进后的验证,实现了该型号MCCB的升容。
The improvement design of HSM1-250 moulded case circuit breaker(MCCB) from 250 A rated current to 315 A was introduced. The main factors influencing power distribution and protection function were analyzed. By the improvement design of moving and fixed contacts and electromagnetic system, temperature rise was reduced and protection characteristics was kept stable. Based on the verification of improved system, this series of MCCB was upgraded.
