调督健脑针刺法治疗失眠症的临床研究

Clinical Research on the Efficacy of Du Meridian-regulating and Brain-reinforcing Acupuncture Method in Treating Insomnia

目的观察调督健脑针刺法改善失眠症患者睡眠质量及心身症状的疗效以及二者是否有相关性。方法41例失眠症患者,采用调督健脑针刺法治疗。治疗前后均采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、九十项症状自评表(SCL-90)评分。结果除催眠药的使用、恐怖因子外,PSQI、SCL-90各成分及总分治疗前后差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。SCL-90总积分治疗前后的差值与PSQI总分治疗前后的差值之间的相关系数为0.34(P<0.05)。结论调督健脑针刺法能显著改善失眠症患者的睡眠质量及心身症状,且心身症状的改善程度与睡眠质量的改善程度呈正相关。

Objective To investigate the efficacies of Du meridian-regulating and brain-reinforcing acupuncture method in improving insomnia patients＇ sleep quality and psychosomatic symptoms and the correlation between the two. Methods Forty-one insomnia patients were treated by Du meridian-regulating and brain-reinforcing acupuncture method. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） and the Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90） were used for assessment before and after treatment. Results There were statistically significant differences in PSQI and SCL-90 components except hypnotic use and terror factor and in PSQI and SCL-90 scores between pre- and post-treatment （P〈0.01）. The correlation coefficient between pre-/post-treatment differences in PSQI scores and in SCL-90 scores was 0.34（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Du meridian-regulating and brain-reinforcing acupuncture method can obviously improve insomnia patients＇ sleep quality and psychosomatic symptoms. The degree of improvement in the psychosomatic symptoms is in positive correlation with that in sleep quality.
