摘要
目的:探讨迷迭香酸对四氯化碳致小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用及可能机制。方法:腹腔注射四氯化碳复制小鼠急性肝损伤模型,测定血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性、甘油三酯(TG)含量、肝脏指数和肝匀浆丙二醛(MDA)含量,并通过肝组织病理切片观察肝脏病理改变。结果:迷迭香酸能显著降低小鼠血清中ALT、AST活性、TG含量以及肝匀浆MDA含量,对肝重量增大有抑制作用,使肝组织变性明显减轻。结论:迷迭香酸对四氯化碳致小鼠急性肝损伤具有显著的保护作用,其机制可能与其抗氧化作用有关。
AIM: To study the mechanism and protective effect of rosmarinic acid from Rosmarinus officinalis extract on acute hepatic injury induced by carbon tetrachloride in mice. METHODS : Mouse model of acute hepatic injury was set up by giving CCl4 abdominally. The effects on ALT, AST avtivities, TG level in serum and MDA level in liver tissue were examined. Histological change and pathological change were observed by means of hematoxylin and eosin staining. The body weight, liver weight of each mice were measured. RESULTS: Rosmarinic acid significantly reduced the activities of ALT, AST, level of TG in serum and level of MDA in liver tissue, restrained the enlargement of liver and reduced the necrosis in pathological observation. CONCLUSION : Rosmarinic acid shows significant inhibitory effects on liver injury induced by CCl4 in mice. The mechanisms may be related to its effects of reducing lipid peroxidation product.
