苍鹅鼻炎片中3种活性成分含量测定 被引量:3

摘要 目的:建立苍鹅鼻炎片(苍耳子,鹅不食草,黄芩,菊花,等)中黄芩苷、绿原酸和马来酸氯苯那敏的含量测定方法,考察不同生产日期的产品质量。方法:使用VP-ODS C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液为流动相,检测波长为绿原酸327 nm(0-9 min),黄芩苷280 nm(9-20 min)进行梯度洗脱,测定黄芩苷和绿原酸含量;以乙腈-0.5%十二烷基硫酸钠溶液-磷酸(60∶40∶0.1)为流动相,检测波长为262 nm测定马来酸氯苯那敏含量。结果:黄芩苷在0.21-3.14μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为102.44%,RSD=0.57%(n=6);绿原酸在0.05-0.81μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.67%,RSD=0.30%(n=6);马来酸氯苯那敏在0.10-1.57μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.46%,RSD=0.70%(n=6)。结论:所建立的方法简便、准确,重复性好,可有效的控制苍鹅鼻炎片质量。 AIM : To establish method of determing baicalin, chlorogenic acid and chlorpheniramine maleate in Cang' ebiyan Tablets (Fructus Xanthii, Herba Cemtipedae, Radix Astragali, Flos Chrysanthemi indici, etc ). METHODS: The VP-ODS C18 column (4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm) was used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile - 0.4%H3PO4 0 -9 rain ( 14: 86), 9 -20 min (28: 72) gradient elution, the wavelength of detector was set at 0 -9 min 327 nm for determining chlorogenic acid content, 9 -20 min 280 nm for determining baicalin. The VPODS Cls column (4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5 μm) was used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile -0.5% sodium dodecylsulfate-H3PO4, the wavelength of detector was set at 262 nm for determining chlorpheniramine maleate. RESULTS: The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.21 -3.14 μg/mL (r =0.999 9) for baicalin, in the range of 0.05 - 0.81 μg/mL ( r = 0. 999 9 ) for chlorogenic acid, in the range of 0.10 - 1.57 μg/mL ( r = 0.999 9) for chlorpheniramine maleate, respectively. The average recoveries were 102.44%, RSD = 0.57% (n = 6); 98.68% ,RSD = 0.30% ( n = 6 ) ;99.46%, RSD = 0.70% ( n = 6 ), respectively. CONCLUSION : The method is simple, realizable and reproducible and can be used effectively for the quality control of Cang' ebiyan Tablets.
