摘要 目的:进一步完善脑力宝丸质量标准。方法:在原标准的基础上增加了南五味子、石菖蒲、川芎、维生素E的薄层鉴别,采用Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm 5μm)色谱柱;流动相:甲醇-异丙醇(70∶30);流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长284nm;测定维生素E含量。流动相:0.5%冰醋酸溶液;流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:246 nm;测定维生素B1含量。结果:可在同一薄层板上同时检出南五味子、石菖蒲、川芎、维生素E;薄层色谱特征明显,定性鉴别各阴性对照均无干扰。维生素E、维生素B1的含量测定方法平均回收率分别为99.96%和99.54%,RSD分别为1.66%和1.87%。结论:本法简便灵敏、准确,结果令人满意,作为药品标准可有效地控制脑力宝的质量。 AIM: To consummate the quality standard for Naolibao Pill. METHODS: Fructus Schisandrae sphenantherae, Rhizoma Acori tatarinowii, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Vitamin E were identified by one TLC at lock in time. The Diamonsil Cls column was used mobile phases: methanol-isopropanol (70: 30), flow rate:l. 0 mL/ min, detection wavelength :284 nm for determining vitamin E;mobile phases :0.5% glacial acetic acid, flow rate: 1.0 mL/min, detection wavelength :246 nm for determining Vitamin B1. The content of Vitamin E and Vitamin B, were determined by HPLC. RESULTS : The average recoveries of added sample were 99.96% and 99.54% ( RSD were 1.66% and 1.87% ). CONCLUSION: The methods are accurate with a good reproducibility. They could be used for quality control of Naolibao Pill.
