摘要
通过动电位扫描测量极化曲线,研究了钼酸盐系缓蚀剂在含5g/LCl-溶液中对Q235钢的缓蚀性能。分析结果表明:由钼酸盐为主盐,与硅酸盐、磷酸盐、有机胺A复配而成的缓蚀剂,可以达到成本低、高缓蚀率的效果。通过失重法实验,对该配方进行了验证,复配缓蚀剂的缓蚀率接近88.4%,明显高于单组分缓蚀剂的。
The corrosion inhibition performance of molybdate inhibitor on Q 235 steel in 5 g/L Cl- solution was studied by electrochemistry impedance spectrum using Tafel Plot. The analytical results show that molybdate can obtain better inhibitive effect at a low cost through synergistic effect with silicate, phosphate and organic amine A. The results of weightlessness experiments show that the inhibitive efficiency of the combined corrosion inhibitor is near to 84.4%, better than that of singlecomponent corrosion inhibitor.
