摘要
研究了三价铬镀铬液中Cr6+的测定方法。采用二苯基碳酰二肼为显色剂,对甲苯磺酸为辅助显色剂,异戊醇为萃取剂,吸收波长为540nm,在5mm光池中直接测量了三价铬镀液中Cr6+。操作比较简单,不需要稀释,对三价铬电镀的维护具有重要意义。
The method for determining hexavalent chromium in trivalent chromium plating bath was studied. By using DPC as chromogenic agent, toluene-sulfonic acid as auxiliary chromogenic agent and isoamylol as extractant, and by adopting a wave length of 540 nm, the content of hexavalent chromium in trivalent chromium plating bath was directly determined in a 5 mm photo cell. The method is easy to operate with no need of dilution, that is significant for the maintenance of trivalent chromium plating.
