串并联吸收式微带限幅器设计

Design of Serial/Parallel Absorptive Microstrip Limiter

本文采用微波网络理论对串并联吸收式微带限幅器的[S]参数做了详细分析。根据限幅器不同工作状态对[S]参数的不同要求进行了合理的电路设计。同时说明了限幅管的选择原则和等效参数的提取方法。最后给出了实际制做的限幅器的性能指标,说明此设计方法的有效性。

This paper analyzes the [S] parameter of the serial/parallel absorptive microstrip limiter using the microwave network theory in detail. The reasonable circuit design is accomplished according to the different requirements of the operation states of the limiter on [S] pa-rameter. The limiter selection principles and equivalent parameter extraction methods are described. Finally,the practical performance specifications of the limiter are given to prove the effectiveness of this design method.
