摘要
房地产开发市场竞争激烈,开发商通过各种方式手段去提高自身的竞争力,其中产品的竞争是一个主要的方面。针对开发策略问题,有必要从绿色产品的角度出发进行考虑,既增强了产品的市场竞争力,又满足了企业和社会长期发展的需求。文章主要分析了房地产绿色产品的层次,并对不同层次提出了相应的开发策略。
The developers exert all sorts of methods to enhance their competence for the strong competition among real estate markets, and the productive competition is the main aspect. It is necessary for developers to consider through the green product angle aim at develop- ment tactics. From this way, it will enhance the production competition in the market and also meet the requirement of the perennial de- velopment of the enterprise and the social. This paper mainly analyses the green product hierarchy of real estate, and puts forward some corresponding tactics to different hierarchy.
