中国城乡结合部地区失地农民个人转型问题研究——基于北京市、青岛市、成都市和南宁市的入户调查数据

Research on Urbanization of Land-losing Farmers in China Urban-rural Continuums——Based on Data from Household Survey in Beijing,Qingdao,Chengdu and Nanning

文章对城乡结合部地区"种田无地,就业无岗,保障无份"的失地农民的个人转型研究极具理论价值和现实意义。文章以对北京、青岛、成都和南宁等城市城乡结合部地区失地农民家庭的入户调查数据为基础,从失地农民的个人特征、家庭背景及城乡结合部地区体制变革状况的角度,研究了我国不同类型城市城乡结合部地区失地农民个人转型的影响因素,并从收入分配、就业安置、社会保障、人力资本投资、市民化意识等角度,就推进失地农民个人转型和城乡结合部地区城市化进程提出对策和建议。

Because of having no land, no job, and no social security after land being requisitioned, the land - losing farmers emerging in the urban - rural continuums in the process of urbanization arc causing many social problems, so how to get them adapted to city life after losing land has become an emergent issue concerned by both academics and governments. This research focuses on land - losing farmers＇ individual characteristics, household characteristics and institution characteristics in the urban - rural continuums of Beijing, Qingdao, Chengdu and Nanning in an effort to understand the factors that affect urbanization of land - losing farmers, and discuss the policy selections that can be used to enhance land - losing farmers＇ adaptability to city life. The main data used in this research were collected by the author in land - losing farmer households respectively in the urban - rural continuums of sample cities in 2005.
