Strategic group map not only can be used to analyze the industry internal structure, but also be used to study and design the development path. In this paper through the ease that a company strategic consulting program the methods of development path and route based on the strategic group map are demonstrated, and the methods and steps are given out and summarized, the methods＇ merit and science are analyzed and researehed, the defieiency and difficulties if the methods are analyzed, the difficulty - resolving approaeh is pointed out in the end.
