浅析国有企业人才流失的根源及对策

摘要 由于国有企业管理观念陈旧、用人机制落后、薪酬机制不合理和企业文化匮乏等原因,使国有企业人才流失严重,大大降低了其市场竞争力。国有企解决好人才流失问题,已成为当务之急。国有企业应实行战略性人力资源管理,完善用人机制和激励机制,改革员工薪酬制度,以进一步提高企业经济效益。
