摘要
综合介绍了铜-钢异种金属连接的研究现状和进展,着重分析了近年来用于铜-钢异种金属连接的新方法和新工艺,并且对各种连接方法存在的问题及相应的解决措施进行了系统的总结,对比论述了不同方法的特点及适用范围,对今后铜-钢焊接研究工作进行了展望。
The research status of joining between dissimilar metal of copper alloy and steel was summarized in the study. The study focuses on the new method and technology applied for joining of copper to steel in the recent years. The problem of the method and the relevant solution were systematically summarized. The characteristic and application field of different methods was discussed. The research trend of joining between copper and steel was also brought forward.
