摘要
为了制备结合强度更高、更加致密的沉积层,采用可控气氛热喷涂方法来取代常规喷涂方法,避免了常规喷涂时材料极易被氧化的问题,使制得的沉积层更加致密,结合强度更高.选取几种材料,并对它们分别进行了可控气氛喷涂及常规喷涂,对所得的沉积层进行成分及组织分析,将可控气氛喷涂方法制得的沉积层与常规方法制得的沉积层进行研究对比,分析可控气氛热喷涂方法的可行性.实验证明,采用可控气氛喷涂方法可以明显改善常规喷涂时的氧化物问题,从而提高了沉积层的结合强度.
In order to fabricate more compact deposit with the higher bond strength, the controlled atmosphere spraying was adopted instead of the conventional spraying. The controlled atmosphere spraying and conventional spraying were carded on several selected materials separately. The composition and microstructure of the obtained deposits were analyzed and compared. In addition, the feasibility of the controlled atmosphere spraying was also analyzed. The experiments show that the controlled atmosphere spraying may effectively avoid the oxidation problem which appears in the conventional spraying, and thus can improve the bond strength of deposit.
