摘要
为保证检测精度,在柱状喷射沉积坯尺寸的实时检测中,采用了两个不同尺寸模板的Zernike矩亚像素边缘算子进行边缘检测,其中较小尺寸的3×3模板用于快速检测边缘,较大尺寸的7×7模板用于重新精确定位边缘.检测结果表明,边缘的厚度为1个像素,实际边缘厚度为小于1的亚像素精度.采用贝塞尔曲线对边缘突变、边缘不连续处进行了修补,最终获得了完整的柱状喷射沉积坯轮廓.验证结果表明,检测的沉积坯尺寸相对误差为0.94%,满足检测精度的要求.
In order to ensure the measurement precision, two Zernike moments operator with different masks was applied in dimension detecting of column deposit perform. The Zernike moments operator with mask of 3 × 3 was used for detecting rapidly all probable edge points, while the Zernike moments operator with mask of 7 × 7 was used for relocating accurately edge. The detecting result shows that the thickness of the edge is one pixel, and the actual edge thickness is of the sub-pixel precision less than one. The sahation appeared in the edge of the image, which can not reflect the changing trend of the deposit preform, was restored using the Bezier curve. Thus, the perfect lineament of the column deposit perform was obtained. The proving result reveals that the relative dimension error of the deposit perform is 0. 94% , which can satisfy the precise requirement of dimension detecting.
