摘要
针对在网络联盟企业中盟员评价体系有较多模糊描述难以精确量化的问题,采用群组决策方法将语言变量转化为对应的三角模糊数.在物元分析的基础上,结合模糊集合理论,将各盟员评价方案、指标及其相应的模糊量值构造成复合模糊物元,利用物元分析中的关联函数,通过计算候选盟员各特征与各等级的关联度来确定其各特征的等级,对于在同一等级的特征,按照其等级变量特征值评价其优秀程度,克服了盟员中指标的独立性和不相容性.将算法应用于实践,证明了其可行性和有效性.该研究旨在解决信息化整体规划中从定性决策转变为定量决策的问题,以便推动企业信息化的成功实施.
Aiming at more fuzzy conception in partnership evaluation system of network alliance enterprise, the linguistic variables were transformed correspondingly into triangle fuzzy numbers by group decision. Based on the matter-element analysis and fuzzy-set theory, the compound fuzzy matter-element was constructed with the partnership schemes, evaluation index and corresponding fuzzy amount. Using the correlation function in the matter-analysis, the characteristic competencies were graded through calculating the correlation between individual character and grade of partnerships. For overcoming the index independence and non-compatibility of partnerships, the excellent grade was determined by variable eigenvalue. The evaluation of the potential members was worked out with the extension method. At last its feasibility and validity were proved by an example. The research focused on transferring the qualitative decision to quantificational decision in order to promote the successful implementation of information system in enterprises.
