摘要 工作价值观是影响员工工作满意度、组织承诺、职业生涯发展的重要因素,它与组织文化和员工招聘、激励密切相关。对中国人才素质测评网的大量数据进行统计分析表明,性别和学历是影响个体价值观形成的最主要因素。男性管理者的需求更多样化,更看重事业的发展和社会的承认,女性管理者更注重内心的感受并兼顾生活安排;学历较高的管理者对工作要求的回报更多,更注重工作本身的意义和内心满足,而学历较低的管理者则希望能够有较好的工作条件。 Work Value is a vital factor which affects the work satisfaction, organizational commitment, and career development of an employee. It has a close relationship with the organization culture, recruitment and encouragement to the employee. Based on the data analysis of PowerHR, our research reveals that gender and education level are the most important factors that influence work value. For the male managers, they have more diversity of need for work than females. They focus on their career development and recognition by the society. Females more emphasize their feeling for work and tend to balance work and life. Well-educated managers request more rewards, pay more attention to the meaning in work and their inner satisfaction with work, whereas managers with poor education desire better working condition.
