摘要
本文首次给出了晶体管放大器三种电路组态各管脚偏置噪声的计算方法.该方法能够定量模拟晶体管放大器不同工作状态下的偏置噪声,从而为晶体管放大器偏置电路的噪声分析和低噪声优化设计提供了有利的工具.
An approach to the calculation of the bias noise in each pin of three configurations of transistor amplifier is firstly presented, in which the bias noise of transistor amplifier in different operating modes can be quantitatively simultated.Moreover, the approach presents an effective tool to the noise analysis and the low-noise optimization design for the bias circuit of transistor amplifier.
